The shell is built at the venue’s confirmed dimensions. These parts are provisional until the venue confirms them:
- Measured floor plan to calibrate inferred door, mullion, pier and camera positions
- Measured exterior survey for the east stair, retaining walls, paths and lawn levels
- Straight-on material captures and an HDRI for calibrated surface colour and light
- Confirmation that ceiling fabric, curtains, chandeliers and built-in bar are permanent
- Confirmation of the outdoor pad and dance-floor positions
